1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "jill4", "Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to jill4 and its associated services, accessible at jill4.cam and any subdomains thereof.
• "Player", "Member", "you", "your" refers to any natural person who has registered a valid account on jill4 and accesses the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on jill4, through which the Player accesses all gaming and financial services.
• "Wallet" means the electronic wallet associated with a Player's Account that holds the Player's available balance on jill4.
• "Real Money Games" refers to any casino games, sports bets, bingo tickets, or other wagering activities conducted on jill4 using funds held in a Player's Wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by jill4 prior to processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction from which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond jill4's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government action, internet service disruptions, or third-party payment processor failures.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

To register and maintain an active account on jill4, a Player must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while the account remains active.
• Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jill4, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• Not have a currently active self-exclusion request on file with jill4 or any affiliated platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• Not be registered on any national or regulatory gambling exclusion list.

2.2 Restricted Jurisdictions

jill4 does not accept registrations from players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to verify whether online gaming is lawful in their location before registering. jill4 makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any jurisdiction outside of its operating mandate.

3 Account Registration & Maintenance

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each Player may hold only one (1) active account on jill4. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created by the same person under different names, mobile numbers, or devices — are strictly prohibited. jill4 employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method tracking to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jill4 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances without prior notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update such information promptly if it changes. jill4 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from a Player's failure to keep their registration information current, including but not limited to failure to receive SMS OTPs due to an outdated mobile number on file.

3.3 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including their registered mobile number and password. Players must not share account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through a Player's account — whether or not authorized by the Player — shall be the sole responsibility of the account holder. Suspected unauthorized access must be reported to jill4 support immediately via live chat.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jill4 may require Players to complete identity verification at any time, including but not limited to: (a) upon first withdrawal request; (b) where cumulative deposits exceed regulatory thresholds; (c) where suspicious activity is detected; or (d) as required by applicable law. Required documents typically include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys, UMID, Passport, Driver's License) and may include proof of address and payment method ownership.

4 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jill4 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players:

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation. jill4 reserves the right to return deposits made via unauthorized methods and to freeze the associated account during the investigation period.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Players may request a withdrawal of Real Money funds from their jill4 Wallet subject to the following conditions: (a) the Player's account has completed any required KYC verification; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been fully satisfied; (c) the withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum; and (d) no active investigation or account restriction is in place on the account.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits & Timelines

• Minimum withdrawal: PHP 200 per request.
• Daily withdrawal limit: Up to PHP 500,000 per day (higher limits available for Elite VIP members by arrangement).
• GCash / Maya: Processed within 5 minutes under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfers (BPI / BDO / UnionBank): Processed within 1–3 business hours.
• USDT TRC20: Processed within approximately 10–30 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation times.

5.3 Withdrawal to Verified Accounts Only

All withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the payment method(s) verified and registered under the Player's jill4 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, unverified wallets, or accounts in a name other than the account holder's are not permitted. Requests to change a registered withdrawal method are subject to re-verification and may take up to 24 hours to process.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by jill4 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the following rules apply to all bonus wagering:

• Bets placed using Bonus Funds that exceed the maximum bet limit specified in the promotion terms will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Games excluded from wagering contribution (e.g., certain live dealer tables, video poker) will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• jill4 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of system errors is detected.

6.3 VIP Loyalty Program

The jill4 six-tier VIP program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Elite VIP) accrues loyalty points based on real money wagering across all game categories. Tier advancement, cashback rates, and associated benefits are governed by the current VIP Program Terms, which form part of this Agreement by reference and may be updated periodically.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

7.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games on jill4 — including slots, video poker, and virtual table games — operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software. The RNG systems employed by jill4's game providers are tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories to meet international fair play standards aligned with PAGCOR requirements. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are based on these certified mathematical models and are published transparently within each game's information panel.

7.2 Game Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or system failure that produces an incorrect result or disrupts a game session, jill4 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the Player's account. jill4 shall not be liable for any winnings generated as a result of a software malfunction or error. The principle of "void and return" applies in all malfunction scenarios — inflated winnings attributable to technical errors will not be honored.

7.3 Disconnection Policy

Where a Player is disconnected from the jill4 platform mid-game due to technical issues on either the Player's or jill4's side, the outcome of the interrupted game round will be determined by the game engine's server-side record, which is considered the definitive record of play. jill4 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of connectivity issues on the Player's end, including mobile data drops, Wi-Fi interruptions, or device failures.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jill4 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, using another person's identity, payment accounts, or device without their consent.
• Money Laundering: Using jill4 as a mechanism to launder funds of illegal origin. jill4 is required by applicable law to report suspected money laundering activities to relevant Philippine authorities.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on jill4, regardless of the device, mobile number, or identity used.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in multiplayer formats.
• Software Exploitation: Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that provides an advantage over other players or circumvents the normal operation of jill4's platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks with a payment provider for deposits made to jill4. jill4 will pursue recovery of such funds and may report the activity to relevant payment networks.
• Underage Play: Accessing or attempting to access jill4 services if you are under 21 years of age, or assisting another person under 21 to access jill4.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with jill4's software, servers, or infrastructure in any way.

9 Responsible Gaming

jill4 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all of its members. The platform operates under PAGCOR-aligned responsible gambling standards and provides the following tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling period before taking effect; decreasing a limit takes effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts that notify them when a specified playing duration has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may temporarily suspend access to their account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this period, the account cannot be reopened early under any circumstances.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may apply for a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed for the selected duration.
• Reality Check: Pop-up notifications can be enabled to remind Players of elapsed playing time and current session net result at intervals of the Player's choosing.

jill4 strictly enforces the minimum age of 21 years for all account holders in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is performed during registration and may be required again at any point during a Player's relationship with jill4. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be closed immediately and any balance held will be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

10 Suspension & Account Closure

10.1 jill4's Right to Suspend or Close

jill4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; Player self-exclusion; or where required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

A Player may request closure of their jill4 account at any time by contacting jill4 support via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining Real Money balance (after deduction of applicable pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC completion.

10.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, the Player loses access to all services, promotions, VIP tier benefits, and any pending bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements. Verified Real Money balances are the only amounts eligible for return upon closure.

11 Intellectual Property

All content available on jill4 — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, brand assets, interface design, written content, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of jill4 and/or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use jill4's services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of jill4's intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jill4 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the jill4 platform.
• Loss of winnings, profits, or data resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity failures, Force Majeure events, or third-party service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Decisions made by Players regarding which games to play, what amounts to wager, or how to manage their gaming activity.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including GCash, Maya, bank networks, or blockchain congestion.

jill4's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

jill4 collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, Players consent to the collection and use of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data subject to jill4's legal obligations to retain certain records for anti-money laundering, KYC, and regulatory compliance purposes. 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Players in the Philippines are subject to local regulations, including PAGCOR's rules and regulations for online gaming.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a Player and jill4 relating to any game result, transaction, or account matter, the Player must first contact jill4 support via live chat to seek informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 14 calendar days, either party may escalate the dispute in accordance with applicable regulatory dispute resolution procedures. jill4's decision on all game outcome disputes, where supported by server-side game logs, shall be final and binding.

14.3 Language

These Terms & Conditions are provided in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

15 Amendments

jill4 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a notification within the jill4 platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of jill4 services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Players who do not agree to any amended terms must cease using jill4 services and request account closure.
